Bluestone and Hockley
Our client previously was split up between 2 buildings and wanted to unify their team. When moving into the new space, they wanted to create a new collaborative feeling, while still maintaining some privacy along main hallways. We designed a space for them with tall panels along aisles and lower height panels within workspaces to help it feel open. Also adding half-round surfaces where possible to create shared workspace or small conferencing area.
We made one of the file storage cabinets mobile with a cushion top so they could double as guest seating when needed. They choose one neutral fabric but decided to use a segment look to keep it look clean and updated. In the building there were skylights located in the middle, so we used glass on some of the tall panels to help promote flow of light throughout the office. We provided space planning, design, project management, and installation services for over 45 cubicles and custom conference table.
